Having trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Hypnotherapy, and Spiritual Therapy, Sarah has guided over 100 clients across the world in overcoming fears, rebuilding self-confidence, and embracing inner peace.

Growing up with her single mother, experiencing early separation, and later facing her own battles with anxiety and depression, she discovered the transformative power of mental health support.
